Mama. Author. Women’s Work.

I am someone always wanting to come back to the roots of my humanity, the roots of wild womanhood, and living closer to the rhythms of the Earth. The preservation of instinctual ways is deeply close to my heart.

Birthing two daughters outside the system were the initiation into my power, wholeness, and healing.

For years I was a womb-pelvic bodyworker and birthworker, hosted and co-hosted women’s circles and workshops. I wrote a book on holistic pelvic wellness.

Then… becoming a mother shifted my work. Today I focus on raising my girls, and crafting herbal elixirs for woman + mother wellness.

Thank you for being here.

What does it take to thrive in motherhood?

That’s been my question for awhile. I believe community is the foundation, along with eating nourishing foods + vitamin/mineral rich herbs to feel resourced and not depleted.

It's always been important for me to learn about and get to know the plants that grow in my area, teach my daughters about them, integrate herbs into daily cooking rhythms and medicines, and share them with friends as well.

I resonate with the "folk herbalist" title because as women, knowing plants and herbs is deeply ancestral to all of our lineages. Mothers would have always known the remedies to support their family's health.

We all come from a long, long line of wise women, to be here today.

I've developed recipes I've enjoyed to support me in my pre-conception times, pregnancies, postpartum, and up until today as a mother. I've given it to my child to bring nourishment and love to her. I have gifted many of these to postpartum mothers and friends, and now I share these with you to support in whatever phase of womanhood you are in.
